2019 Gite Wall
The Gite wall had already collapsed at the time of purchase. The reason was the lack of guttering and decades of high volume of water weakening the foundations.
I put a 120l green wheelie bin under the metal shute that you can see in the corner of the two buildings. The next morning it was full and over-flowing.
Below you can see some photos discovered via old versions of Google Street View, taken as the wall was starting to collapse.
