2021 Attic
When the roof was done, we could see that the roof itself looked spectacular, but the walls of the attic and its floor looked in a bad way. Romain suggested insulating the walls and laying new flooring. At the same time we could install a bathroom – remember, we had extended the pipeworks up to the space when the ensuite was renovated.

In this video you can see the attic as it was when visited prior to purchase.
It was used as a dormatory for walkers of the Comino trail. The price was 15€ per person per night. It is why the entrance plaque says “Dortoier Magnolia de Colette”.
