Having purchased Magnolia in March 2019, we thought we were going to be fully renovating the Gite, installing a swimming pool etc. But no.

From the very first day, we were made aware of a roof and after a few visits the need for a second toilet and fixing the ensuite became priorities.

In the summer we also realised that the house roof needed replacing, but that could only be done in 2020, so plans needed to be somewhat adjusted.
