There are few nicer things at Magnolia than taking a bike on a sunny summer day, early in the morning, to buy fresh baguettes and croissants at the Petit-Epicierie in Eynesse.

There are a number of bikes at Magnolia.

• • Three mountain bikes, great for longer tours.
  • Two gray-blue city bikes with 6-gears, great for medium trips.
  • Two black city bikes without gears, good for flat terrain trips, e.g. to St Foy le Grande.

You will need an alan-key to adjust the seat height on the city bikes.

eBike Rental

If you want, you can also hire eBikes (and normal bikes). There are two places close to Magnolia:

Safety

It is HIGHLY recommended NOT to ride bikes at night, even with headlamps. It is very dark and car-drivers may not see you around a corner.

There are some helmets in the wooden wardrobe in the barn. 

Needless to say, use of the bikes is at your own risk.

Locks

There are three locks for the bikes, the keys are simply colour coded – red, yellow and blue.

Maintenance

In the barn, in the wooden wardrobe, there is a footpump and in the black wardrobes ample tools for simple repairs.
