Basically, the cooker at Magnolia is just like any other. There are however a couple of things worth knowing: How to set the timer, finding the lowest heat(!!) and care when cleaning.

Care when Cleaning
Please don’t use wire brushes or the tough dark-green scourer on a sponge. Just use a soft cloth or a normal sponge, with washing liquid & hot water.
Setting the Timer
I find that 5 minutes is the optimal time for boiled eggs, hard white with soft yellow.
Press and hold the “Alarm” button
Press the “+” or the “-” to set the minutes.
The Lowest Heat Setting
This may be a bizarre hint, but actually the cooker is far too powerful for normal every-day cooking and often we need to reduce the power. The way to do this is to turn the knob upwards, as if switching off, not down 🙂
Turn on the gas and ignite, as normal.
Turn the nob upwards, not downwards. This will give the lowest power.
